The infertility is when a couple can not to conceive following one year of unprotected contact and when all infertility examinations show no abnormalities.
The infertility is very annoying. Most couples often do many painful processes. But the truth is that many of these couples have normal fertility, just taking longer to conceive. There are many fertility and injectable drugs can be used but they all have so many side effects and can be even risky.
In recent years researchers found that stress is a main cause couple’s incapacity to conceive specially if their health examinations are normal. Stress effects on hormonal and endocrine function, tightened the internal muscles and stimulate sympathetic nervous system.
Special yoga postures can have a great influence for patients who trying to get pregnant but can’t due to infertility problems.
Here are some yoga exercises:
- Pigeon pose.
Kneel down supporting yourself with your forearms. Crawl your right knee forward between your hands and slide your right heel toward your left hip. Extend your left leg back behind you, keeping the top of your foot and knee facing the floor. Repeat the pose on the other side.
- Squat Pose.
Stand with your feet comfortably apart, placing your hands on your thighs for support. Bend your knees and slowly lower your buttocks down towards the floor. Clasp your palms and fingers together in front of your heart. Place elbows between knees and use your elbows to spread your knees apart.
- Simple twist.
Sit on a blanket with your legs crossed in front of you. Place your right hand behind you on your blanket with the base of your palm by your buttocks. Press into your palm and lengthen your spine. Reach your left hand across your body and rest it on your right knee. Inhale deeply. As you release your breath, begin twisting your torso to the right beginning with your waist. Continue twisting through your chest, shoulder, heck, and chin. Take another deep breath and try to twist a little father.
- Butterfly Pose.
Sit on a blanket with the heels and soles of your feet together. Pull your feet in toward your body so that they are comfortable close. Rest your hands on the top of your feet. Close your eyes and focus on the organs inside your pelvis. Feel the blood flow inside the pelvis and gradually relax the pelvis internal muscles.
- Pelvic tilt.
Lie back on your blanket with your feet on the floor and your knees pointing towards the ceiling. Lengthen your neck and allow your shoulders to soften. Your arms rest at your sides. Lift your buttocks off the floor as high as you can, pressing your pubic bone towards the ceiling. Take a few long, slow breaths.
These 5 yoga poses can have significant effects on your ability to conceive and bear a healthy child because they play a major role in evoking a deep internal relaxation. Repeat the movement 5 times.
